It's official – it's fun!

On 1st January, the Sunday Telegraph’s Sarah Lonsdale shared her ideas for keeping household costs down in 2012.

One of which was:

“Seal draughty gaps in floorboards with DIY plastic strips. This is a quick, fun weekend job with gratifyingly instant results”

  1. We don’t have floorboards, just a house that seems to lose heat easily. I’ve just received my starter kit and put one strip in the small gaps along the windows and the difference is astonishing. I can’t wait for the full roll to come so I can draught-proof my bedroom, along all the skirting boards.
